The Saucony London 10K race start line information will be shared in the weeks leading up to the event with your arrival and wave times.
All runners will be allocated a time slot to arrive at the event, which MUST be followed. Please do not arrive any earlier than your allocated time. If you arrive into Central London in advance of your allocated time, please find a safe open space nearby to wait, before entering the race facilities or the start area.

Wheelchair entrants are permitted at the Saucony London 10K. At registration checkout, simply tick the wheelchair participant box and we'll be in touch to coordinate any necessary details with you.
Hand cycles, however, are not permitted and all wheelchair participants must be self-propelled without support.

Your pen allocation and/or your estimated finishing time cannot be changed at this stage.
If you want to start with someone who has been allocated a different pen letter, you may move backwards to an alternative pen (no need to change race number), but not forwards in an earlier starting wave. Race Pack Delivery:
You can purchase race pack delivery upon registration, in which case your race pack will be posted to you in the 2 weeks prior to the event.
We can no longer make changes to postage addresses. If you opted for race pack postage and you have changed address, please try to retrieve your race pack. If you are unable to, you will need to collect a replacement - details below.

Applications have now closed for 2025. All elite entrants have been contacted.
To qualify for a complimentary place in the elite race, participants must have a qualifying time within the last 3 years of 33 minutes or quicker for males, 38 minutes or quicker for females.

There will be toilet facilities positioned inside the bag drop area at Waterloo Place, as well as at the entrance to the start area at the bottom of St James’ Street. If you are not using bag drop on race morning, then please use the toilets at the start area on St James’s Street. The Saucony London 10K is not a UKA licensed event.
While we do not currently hold a UKA licence, we want to assure all participants that we meet, and in many cases exceed, the operational, safety, and logistical standards typically required for licensed events, including accurate course measurement, medical provision, traffic management, and safeguarding.Few readersWhat's the cut off time for the Saucony London 10K?
There is a race cut-off time of 1 hour and 45 minutes for each runner, after which any runners still on the course will be asked to move to the pavements, so that we can give Westminster residents their roads back. The Saucony London 10K organisers, Motiv Sports UK, have partnered with 'Let’s Do This' to take on the Saucony London 10K entries.
When you enter the Saucony London 10K, your entry information and payment is processed by 'Let’s Do This' and passed securely to Motiv Sports UK. Your bank statement will show 'Let’s Do This' against your event entry and you will receive a booking confirmation email from 'Let’s Do This'. Your race pack will contain:
A race bib with a unique runner number and the chip which records the runner's time.
We are encouraging participants to try to keep and reuse items such as safety pins from event to event. As a result, we are no longer sending out safety pins in our Race Packs, reducing the environmental impact of our event and as part of our broader sustainability manifesto. Please do your best to bring some with you on event day!
For anyone who is unable to bring your own safeFew readersWhat if I can't collect my race pack?
Should you not be able to make it to pack collection within these times, you can ask a friend/family member to pick up your event pack. The person picking up the pack:
will have to show your PHOTO ID (must be a physical copy)

Please note that the deadline for amending race pack postage details has passed, so we can’t accommodate any changes to address or changes to your original race pack postage or collection selection.
We would recommend trying to retrieve your race pack from the original address, otherwise you will have to pick up your event pack from the Festival Village at the help desk on Friday evening or Saturday. If possible, please arrive ‘race ready’ meaning you don’t need to drop a bag at our bag facility. This will reduce queues and give you a smoother route to the start line. If this is not possible, then please note there will be a limited bag drop facility available for participants on the day.
